Set against gleaming waters, ancient mangrove forests, and a storied coastline, Kilifi Creek Festival is an artist-led, community-rooted celebration of creativity, storytelling, and shared cultural heritage.

This festival is part of the larger YORA Annual Awards, and benefits from the strength of YORA’s international network- bringing in Hollywood players and global industry leaders, alongside the dedicated Kilifi-based team from The Terrace Consortium, including renowned Kenyan filmmakers Zippy Kimundu (Afrofilms International), Saitabao Kaiyare and Mumo Liku (Baruu collective), who are leading the festival in close collaboration with local artists and the broader creative community.
